PostJobFree.com. Upon my review of the job description, I believe I am a
strong candidate for this position because of my five years of experience
in an Administrative role. I am a highly motivated, organized individual
who loves to work with people and improve processes within a company. I

team.
I am qualified for this position given that I have much experience
providing support to an office and representing a company, most recently at
a fast-paced recruiting agency. As a Staffing Associate at AppleOne I often
juggled a variety of tasks at once and held the roles of both a Recruiter
and Receptionist. A large part of my day consisted of screening calls on a
multi-line phone system, taking messages, handling email correspondence,
greeting visitors and directing them to the proper party or location, and
maintaining a schedule of meetings and interviews, etc. On a daily basis I
communicated with clients and managed vendors, handled calendaring, and
processed mail. I also frequently assisted the Branch Manager with various
administrative projects. This included making catering arrangements,
troubleshooting office equipment, ordering supplies, preparing expense
reports, and keeping the office areas tidy. In the past at Snowbird
Painting, I spearheaded company events such as holiday celebrations,
lunches, and onboarding of new hires. In all of my work I strive to
consistently maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor, especially when
working with difficult people. I am exceedingly organized and work with a
sense of urgency, so handling and prioritizing multiple tasks is second
nature to me. Most importantly, I always keep in mind the value of others'
time and approach my work with the same mindset, from being an excellent
gatekeeper to volunteering for various time consuming projects.
