formulations, fermentation
processes, QA/QC parameters and products.
Responsibility: Assists in new product development, Involve in
brainstorming processes and provide technology insights for products
designers, help to establish Standard Operating procedures, prepare and
summarize technical reports, assists in grant application project, audit
production activities and monitor QC specifications of in-process products,
support cGMP throughout the facility, Company policies and Regulatory
compliance, microbial testing for raw materials and finished products and

management.
QA/QC Techniques: Verify pH, Brix, Temperature, Product's odor, Packaging
and maintain product's shelf life.
Microbial Techniques: Check samples counts on LAB, Mold, Yeast and PNSB to
meet specific requirements. Also test on Coliform, mycotoxin testing, Grain
staining techniques, culture media preparation, Serial dilution, Cell
Plating techniques,
Research Techniques: Accelerated shelf studies on samples, anti-microbial
efficiency, prepare technical report, research on third party laboratory to
perform few testing.
