Overseeing daily operations of disaster renovations. Coordination of architects, public adjusters, engineering, permittingand scheduling of work crews; Management, and reporting of each site. Responsible for securing site contracts, post disaster build outs.

Heading numerous dry wall crews of up 25 men each in assigned and largest retirement communities in Boca Raton as result of hurricane damage. Assessing damage for each unit, schedule work with owners and crews with timeline for completion. Daily inspection, material ordering, punch list and daily report on progress for both HOA and management.
Sole onsite management and leadership of residential, additions, renovation, and commercial job sites. All standard day-to-day operation duties included inspections, inspector relations, expediting, due diligence on property acquisitions, and maintenance of subcontractor and high clientele relationships, as well as inclusive of purchasing and budget management of projects.
