Role and responsibilities as Resource Specialist:
. Marketing our own consultants.
. Posting the Consultants Profiles on Dice, Monster and other job sites
. Checking for the right requirements that matches our consultant
profiles posted on Dice and monster and the requirements comes from
vendors.
. Checking with my consultants whether they are comfortable with the job
description.
. Before submitting the Consultants resume, I will be keen to take the
Client details and the location, duration of the project and I also
make sure that it may not be a double submission
. Submitting our consultant resume for the appropriate job posting along
with contact information.
. NCA will be send by the vendor, I will look into NCA if we have any
clause then we will check with vendor and discuss with them
. After the client submission, checking for updates with vendors and
updating to my consultant.
. If any interview slots were arranged, Will take an email confirmation
from the vendor to keep the time slots open and make our consultant
fully prepared for the interview
. Interview may be followed by Telephonic or Face 2 Face.
. If he confirms for the project, Sending the Consultants SSN for Back
ground check and next followed by PO with the start date and etc,
. Sending the PO to the respective company and get it sign and Fax it
back
. Finally takes the responsibility of our consultant to reach the
clients place and whom to meet on the initial day of the project
. Sends Hot list of my consultants to my Vendors List and calling them
to check with them on the requirements they are working
