All jobs were under the Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) at SEI Investments. The

SMA department supports seventeen different money managers through different levels

of service around and with back office operations.

Team Leader – Quality Control Team March 2011-January 2013

Serve as the main daily operational contact for the quality control team both internally

and externally.

• Ensure that all established procedures and controls are completed accurately and

in a timely manner.

• Responsible for writing and discussing employee performance appraisals.

• Developed a more efficient process for our high/low cash importation, review,

and archiving.

• Working on a more efficient messaging system between our portfolio accounting

system (APL) and our workflow tool (OnBase) for new account set-up and

posting of deposits and withdrawals.

• Aid the conversion team in the onboarding of new clients as well as analyzing

Quality Control - Senior Account Administrator March 2006-March 2011

Validated new account set-ups, terminations and account number changes for the Account

Administration team. Ensured new security set-ups for the investment processing team

and monthly account reconciliations and deposits and withdrawals were processed

correctly for the portfolio accounting department.

• Maintained an issues spreadsheet to identify reoccurring issues by codes and

issue description to provide employees a baseline to find ways to improve.

• Analyzed trends of monetary and non-monetary errors to reduce the occurrence

from 5% to 2%. Was able to do so by updating system prompts and retraining

employees accomplished this.

• Created a procedural/user guide for our workflow tool OnBase to help fellow

team members gain a better understanding of its capabilities. This guide is now

part of the training program for new employees as well as a reference point for

current employees.

• Worked on a complete overhaul of our institutional client’s workflow to enhance

the client experience, reduce risk, and eliminate inefficiencies in the process.

• Participated in a leadership group to find inefficiencies and devise solutions.

In charge of making sure that clients’ daily deliverables and other needs were met to their

standards.

• Lead a team of six employees and managed each individuals daily workload.
