be the 3rd largest wind turbine supplier in the world ensuring it builds a
strong and futuristic path for the wind energy sector. From initiating a
wind power project, till completion and even beyond, Suzlon ensures that
nothing stands in the way of it serving its purpose. Suzlon manufacture
their own Wind turbines and its main parts like Panels Blades Generators
etc.
ROLE &RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Production various types of control panels for wind mills. It contains
the control panel, Hub panel, Power panel, Battery box, capacitor panel
and also manufactures a suzlon flexi slip system.
> This involves managing 20 Persons of workforce; assign work for them in
line with production planning and day to day activities of problem
solving to meet customer requirements and satisfaction.
> Create & Change of routings, Operation sets and BOM & MATERIALS. Follow
up with planning department and updating the project status to the
seniors
> Communicated with the project team, labs and suppliers, customers and
functional management and process planning responsible for initiating
suggestions from team.
> Reducing the rejection level and improve the production process
systematically.
> Working with procurement &quality teams as needed to develop & meet all
safety and quality requirements.
> Ensure working practices and maintaining the 5S's at work place.
