Responsibilities: - Project Engineer of Dimethyl forma Amide Plant, Air Separation Unit, CO
Manufacturing Unit, commissioning and Erection.
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, normal operation & shutdown activities pertaining
to the units.
• Preparing start up procedure, blind list, dry out procedure etc.
Opearting on DCS system
• Checking and checklist preparation with P&ID
• Monitor the safe conduct of the work and ensuring the work permit safety conditions are being
met.
JOB PROFILE
• Co-ordinate the pre-commissioning & commissioning activities such as process piping installation
as per P&ID, flushing, cardboard blasting, leak test, chemical cleaning, steam blowing, dry out,
catalyst loading, Vacuum pulling etc...
• Carry out commissioning and sign off checklist and method statements records to confirm the
activities have been satisfactorily completed.
• Carrying out normal startup & shutdown of the plant
• Going through plant specific operating manual
• Monitoring of all equipment and recording operational process parameters
• Reporting abnormalities, failures and take corrective measure as per guide lines
• Apply all standard safety measures to all the works
• Co-ordination with the crew.

• Producing of Ethyl Amine derivatives with high purity.
• Operating Reactor, Series of Distillation Columns, Absorber, Utilities, etc.
• Produced Monoethyl Amine, DiEthyl Amine, Tri Ethyl Amine.

Bachelor Project Details:
Title: Plant Design for Manufacturing of Chloroprene
Final year project work was carried out at National Chemical Laboratory (NCL) Pune, under
the guidance of Dr. Vivek V. Ranade, Deputy Director NCL-Pune and Prof. V. D. Gaikwad,
Associate Professor MIT-Pune.
• Carried out literature survey and global market survey of Chloroprene.
• Detailed study with Material Balance and Energy Balance of whole plant.
• Plant layout design along with P&ID and cost estimation.
• Design of CSTR reactor.

• Won Silver medal in state level “Fencing” competition held at Parbhani.
• Won 2nd prize in “Industrial Defined Problem” by Ratna refinery at Petro vision
