Summary
Starting an IT career in 1992, I've gone from simple data entry, through network
administration to find my strengths in data analysis, database development and
turning business needs into usable solutions. I've worked with global HR and
customer data in the manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, and
pharmaceutical industries. Most recently, I've supported MDM initiatives using

Sole developer building a process in IDQ for cleansing and migrating global
customer data from Oracle 11i into 12i.
Work with the project team and data owner to gather requirements.
Analyze profiling results and make recommendations for improvements.
Build profiling, cleansing and validation plans.
Document the process and train production support on how to run the data on
demand.
Sole developer working with the North American Distributors to develop a process
for on-going data cleansing in preparation for a data migration.
