I have experience from start to finish of every order that is processed and shipped from our Gloversville facilities.

In 2011, I was invited to Deckers Corporation (UGG/TEVA) located in California, to attend a customer service seminar. I toured the offices and call center, and met with the Director of Customer Support to implement a customer service department in Gloversville to work with their offices in California.
