6. Processing daily transactions of CMS cases relating to members Benefit and Payment accounts

7. Creating new Benefits and payment accounts & processing exit member calculations

8. Updating all member request relating to their benefit and Payment accounts

9. Processing internal transfer form Payments to benefits and to other Super Funds

10. Take suggestions from quality team to reduce the rework to zero.

11. Preparing work cases and pre validation, which will be paid.
