• Directed the successful completion of 18 HSIA (High Speed Internet Access), 12 iTV (interactive TV) and

14 FTG (Free to Guest TV) hotel installations.

• Executed SOWs (Statement of Work) on a “by hotel” basis, ensuring Roomlinx and all customers

adhered to their contractual obligations enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing unexpected cost

to Roomlinx.

• Put in place a Change Request Process authenticating the integrity of Roomlinx contract administration

and resulted in improved customer communication. Authored and composed Change Requests as

required on a “by hotel” basis increasing the revenue and credibility of Roomlinx and enhanced

customer satisfaction.

• Set up processes with third party vendors and supply chain management team confirming completion of

project tasks and equipment arrival on site prior to installation reducing installation delays by 15%.

responsible for hiring teachers, scheduling and content development and a Chilean university utilizing

• Prepared classes and taught students “day-to-day” and “business” English to enhance career growth

and development prospects for work at multinational companies as well education opportunities

overseas as well as in Chile. The results of this program validated success as 15 students acquired

better jobs and 10 additional students studied abroad each year.

increased jobs completion from 1500/month to 4500/month, lowered subcontractor reliance from 50%
