SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

. Thirty plus year's experience in estimating and project management for

heavy civil.

. Veteran in all aspects of bidding bridge structures, (types of bridge

girder, box girder, slab deck, arch, post tension, soffit fills, deck

false work, temporary shoring). Structural concrete, concrete retain

walls, earth retaining walls, asphalt paving, all types of excavation,

various sizes of pipeline construction, dams, airport runways,

taxiways, water waste treatment plants, interstate highways, urban

. Bid extensive projects for all DOT agencies throughout the western

states, Counties, Cities private and locally.

Project Manager over bridge structure, prepare bids for interstate and

urban freeways, state and federal highways, mine development,

wind turbine farm, water treatment including sewer treatment plants.

Preparing estimates with a team of estimators or prepared estimate on

individual bases. Need very little supervision, self-starter.
