Responsibilities included supporting our school clients by offering

My responsibilities included coding of medical claims for payment using CPT
and ICD-9 coding. As Team Lead I was expected to review all surgical claims
and code them for my team members. I mentored seven other employees,

clients assigned to me offering assistance and resolving issues for them. I
was assigned two of the most difficult clients due to my excellent customer
service skills and was awarded Employee of the Month. I assumed my
Supervisor's responsibilities in her absence.
