Mud Supervisor (Drilling & Completion Fluids)

Under Drilling Technical department, provide supervising role of all

related Drilling and Completion Fluids in ADCO Rig's. Implementing and

Optimize drilling and completion fluids as per well program that can

improve well quality and reduce well time and cost. Monitor and maintain

mud properties during drilling. Planned and managed all Drilling and

completion fluids Chemicals, equipment and personnel movement for smooth

operation. Liaise with mud contactor representative and sub-contractors.

Recommend the proper use of all solids control equipment. Generate ADCO mud

report and recaps. Ensure HSE and waste management implementations are in

accordance with company policy. Experience in drilling Horizontal well, ERD

(horizontal section up to 9000 ft), depleted and fracture formation,

aerated drilling, H2S wells. Workover operation, etc.

technical expertise in Drilling Site with particular system. Proficient in

Water Base, Oil Base and Completion Fluids system, all includes building,

maintain and troubleshooting. Performed regular fluids check on site.

Generate Drilling Fluids daily report and realize end of well recaps.

Performed real time/drill ahead hydraulic on well and hole cleaning

Experience in HTHP drilling, high deviated wells, Optislim wells, H2S and

exploration wells. Extensive experience in wells with gravel packs

completion (Single Trip Multi Zone). Well clean up sequence using clean up

pills train. Building filtered completion fluids (KCl and NaCl). Supervise

filtration unit operation (Centrifugal Pumps, Slurry Kit, DE Press, Twin

Engineering technical assistance to Sr. Drilling Engineer and reports to

Project Manager of Suban Field Development, South Sumatra, Indonesia in a

Drilling Integrated Project Management (IPM). The role includes drilling

program preparation. Pore pressure prediction and analysis along with

operators G&G department, casing setting depth, drilling fluids and

hydraulic design, casing selection and cementing design, BHA & trajectory

design, Bit selection, to Rig sizing and selection and assist in well AFE

preparation. Exposed to Indonesian procurement system, assist in logistic

preparation and tender execution, liaison with operator representative and

sub-contractors. Land Rig operation and supervision proficiency, thru day

to day supervision of Suban field IPM wells (off/on site), well cost
