Plant Manager –

Managed the daily operations of a diverse plating production plant. This included Quality Assurance, waste

management, safety, maintenance, production plating (nickel, silver copper, gold, hard anodize, chromate,

and passive), the day to day financial budget, invoicing, expediting, incoming and shipping. Also maintained

ISO 9001:2000, Napcap, Rockwell and B/E Aerospace quality compliance and certifications. Worked with

and compliance to various sub-straight finishing specifications. This along with developing and training staff
