providing hand written flow charts of mineral owners for each tract of land. Leasehold ownership take-off

reports. Provide mineral ownership reports, lease purchase reports, surface reports, negotiated and

prepared all lease packages in Texas. Prepared all contractual agreements joint operating agreements,

joint venture agreements with Copas accounting on all prospectus having working interest participation. At

times I even prepared oil and gas leases on the tail gate of a pickup truck. I provided verification of HBP

properties in a particular area of interest assuring no bad leases being taken. Implemented data base

system to report lease status and rental obligations on each lease taken of record. Provided land title

research with detailed chain of title reports for Company Title Opinion Attorney.
