Studies focused in film production that included all aspects of pre-production, production, and post

production. Areas included, but were not limited to use of digital media and film stock, proper use of

camera angles, casting, writing screenplays, location scouting, audio recording, film budgeting,

licensing, various forms and contracts needed to shoot, and in the final year all students were

responsible for putting together their own short films that tested and showed the skills required to

make a film.

Freelance Videographer September 2007 –

As a freelance videographer I have worked in the Jackson metro area as well as other regions

throughout Mississippi. My work has included music videos for up and coming artists that has been

used to make studio performance videos for use in demo discs as well as scenes showcasing the artist

for music videos. I’ve covered many weddings that required different camera angles for maximum

coverage of the event and later edited footage for the clients. This has also led to being asked to edit

random footage for clients that was filmed for vacations, special events, family reunions, birthdays,

and other events to portray a story that conveys the mood that the client wishes.

Mascot for the Mississippi Braves March 2011 – Present

Trustmark Park, Pearl, Mississippi

Provide the on field and off field entertainment for Trustmark Park during Mississippi Braves’ games.

I am involved with creating humorous skits to perform in front of audiences as well as work with

traveling and other mascots to create an overall fun environment for fans. As the mascot I do a great

deal of charity work for many events in the Jackson area and volunteer my time to have a presence at

these events to further entertain and provide comedy where I’m needed.

Merchandise Execution Team September 2012 –

Present

The Home Depot, Clinton, Mississippi

Involved with the promotion and signage of products throughout the store as well as maintaining an

organized environment for customers to shop in. While working in this position, due to my

background, I was asked to head and create two different safety videos for The Home Depot that are

currently being viewed by the corporate office and will soon appear on Home Depot Television. I

received several company awards for the creation and editing of these videos.

Maintaining an organized work environment to allow other employees to perform their job functions

and ensure the enjoyment of patrons. My duties included making the work schedule for all

employees, stocking of the front counter, nightly countdown of the register, cash handling and

exchanging, deposit of funds into local bank. Other tasks that I performed while there included

coverage employee shortages and customer service. There were times that I was required to cover

the maintenance of the machines in the back of the establishment when a mechanic could not come

in.
