Executive Summary:
My oilfield career began in 1977. I broke out working floors. The
experience and money was self-gratifying. I knew this was my calling. Seen
below is my work history for Operators, and contractors. My work
development philosophy began with first training & educating myself. As I
advanced in my career and I became responsible for my crew members, as well
as my own, I used what I had learned to ensure everyone would be going home
in one piece to their families. Safety is very important to me. I am able
to grasp new ideas and integrate them into desired results. I seek a
challenging position with progressive opportunities where proven talents in
management, negotiation, and problem solving can be effectively utilized to
our mutual benefit.
Qualification Highlights:
. Established reputation as a Well Site Supervisor that will improvise to
the equipment or strengths available on location.
. Quickly identify problem situations and began trouble shooting those
problem areas from the well site as needed with forward planning &
procedures sent to the customer's engineers and superintendents for
additional input to mitigate expensive and complicated resolutions.
. Strong team leadership skills
. 100% of my well site supervision has been in domestic. This has
developed my drilling skills to adapt to various types of drilling
conditions including HTHP wells, air holes, all types of directional
wells, extended reach and under balanced drilling at mud weights above
15.6 PPG with 18.2 PPG
. My career has been split in approximately the 50% as Well site
Supervision and the other 50% to hands on working experience with land
based drilling rigs.
. Maintain industry certifications for well control, and all aspects of
safety including Quality Control, Heavy Equipment Operator, Fall
Protection, H2S, Confined Space, Respirator Fit, Basic Orientation Plus,
CPR, and First Aid with Environmental and Health training for
environmentally sensitive locations.
Experience History:
. (2012-2013) Halliburton - Drilling consultant: Drilling for Saudi
Aramco.
Supervise turn key dual laterl production and injection wells in
Saudi Arabia.
Running 5 strings of pipe plus hang 5" liner. In charge of drilling
crews as well as Any
Third party service companies who should be on location. In charge of
any and all
operations pertaining to drilling and completing of the well.
Contract ended.
. (2010-2012) Drilling Consultant- T & S Consulting and White
Horse Consulting:
Supervise well & drilled as recommended by well prognosis. Drilled
anywhere from 2900 ft -
11,500 ft.with water and Brine, Heavy wt. mud, and oil base mud. set
3 strings of casing.
Successfully completed all jobs with no loss time, cost or accidents
in Permian Basin area.
Wolfberry, sprayberry trend, many different producing zones and
fields.
. (2002-2006) Big Dog Drilling - Tool Pusher and driller on footage
wells, Drilled wells from
3,000' - 15,000' did a 17,000' re-entry with 2 7/8" drill pipe, most of
the drilling was in the Wolfberry, the entire Permian, Sprayberry
trend, drilled 2 string mud hole Wolfberry wells using bulk mud, no man
made mud needed. Most of the drilling was for Endeavor Oil Company.
Completed all jobs successfully with no loss time, cost or accidents.
. (1994-2001) Patterson Drilling Company - Tool Pusher and Driller on
footage wells, drilled from
5,000'- 15,000' with fresh water mud, Brine water mud and oil based mud
near Jal NM, Ft. Stockton, Crane, Kermit, Penwell, Big Lake, Rankin,
Midland, Ector County, and Sterling City, drilled air holes near Sonora
and Ozona, very experienced with air hammers, hammer bits and
down hole motors. Completed all jobs successfully with no loss time, cost
or accidents.
. (1980-1994) Rod Ric Corporation -Tool Pusher, Driller, Derrick hand
and floor hand-drilled
2000' to 15000' deep wells were re-entries, drilled directional and
horizontal wells near Hobbs,
Eunice and Penwell for Chevron, drilled from SE New Mexico to West
and
SouthwestTexas Completed all jobs successfully with no loss time,
cost or accidents.
Professional Accomplishments:
. Successfully managed and drilled wells for various Operators as Well
site Supervisor.
. Drilling Consultant in West Texas accomplished working over several
wells to increase
production.
