Job Description :
. Assisting manager for the entire project related submission and
collection.
. Preparing individual tracker for all the clients and supporting MIS.
. Preparation of CIOMS submission letters and various CTA application
dossiers.
. Record keeping of all the Submissions and Approvals.
. Assisting Project Manager for Site Selection and communications with PIs
for CTA.
. Compilation of Regulatory documents and Preparation of Clinical Trial
Application as per schedule Y and CTD format as per ICH- GCP guidelines.
. Submission of all Regulatory documents in DCGI office and collection of
approvals for respective studies.
. Preparation and Submission of Ethics Committee documents.
. Review of the submission package for content & completeness.
. Follow up with regulators for expediting process at every stage of the
approval.
. Submission of safety / periodic reports / amendments to regulatory
authorities.
. Import licence & renewal.
. Export licence & renewal.
. Documents submitted to applicable Regulatory Authority like DCGI, ICMR,
DGFT

Job Description at AIIMS Hospital :
A leading Genetic Research Unit based out at Dept of Pediatrics,All
India Institute of Medical Science provides full range of Genetic test like
Mendelian Inheritance,
Non-traditional Inheritance,Single Gene Disorder,Multifactorial
Inheritance, Mitochondrial Inheritance based DNA Testing for mutation
analysis.
Worked Under Super vision of Dr .Madhulika Kabra,Professor of Pediatrics
with hand on experience for more than 4 years :--
Training and Skills:
. Diagnosis, Counseling and Management of both common and uncommon
genetic disorders such as thalassemia, hemophilia, porphyria,
skeletal dysplasia, osteogenesis imperfecta, enzyme replacement
therapy for various lysosomal storage disorders like Gaucher disease,
Mucopolysaccharidoses, Pompe Disease etc.
. Training in Fetal Medicine:
o Antenatal Ultrasound and Ultrasound guided procedures such as
Amniocentesis, Chorionic villous sampling etc.
o Interpretation and correlation of antenatal biochemical
screening/antenatally detected malformations with help of Dual
marker test and Triple Test
o Counseling for antenatally diagnosed malformation or abnormal
biochemical screen, teratogen exposure, recurrent abortions
/bad obstetric history
o Fetal autopsy/Perinatal pathology
. Skills in laboratory procedures:
o Cytogenetic analysis [Culture, harvesting, slide preparation,
banding] Interpretation of various cytogenetic abnormalities and
further management on case to case basis
o Fluorescent in situ hybridization [FISH]
o Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based techniques like ARMS, RFLP
for genotyping, PAGE and DNA sequencing for various single gene
disorders like thalassemias, hemophilia, Duchenne muscular
dystrophy, spinal muscular atrophy, thrombophilia etc.
o Primer designing for various applications
o DNA isolation and purification
