< Monitoring the ID card printing, Issuance, Activation, Deactivation,
Retrieval and Recycling.
< Preparing MIS report & presenting to the Management team for the Guest
House occupancy details.
< Arranging transport for the Clients and Senior Employee; approving the
travel sanction based on the level eligibility.
Vendor Management
< Implementing purchase schedules for the vendors and ensuring alignment
with organizational objectives.
< Selecting and developing vendors for meeting various facility
requirements of the organization.
< Identifying and approval of new vendors, mass consumption items, rate
negotiation, coordinating between vendors and business, bills approvals
and authorization.
