until the to completion to ensure compliance, and monitors travel advances and

Duties and Responsibilities Tasks :-
Assist in carrying out logistics assessment missions and the provision of data on
logistics issues
Assist, support and monitor and Prepare and submit periodic and special reports on
occupancy status and issues as directed, to designated focal points
Conduct daily checks on all vehicles and make them ready for all assignments on a
daily basis; ensure there is enough fuel and trip ticket are properly filled and
submitted at each month to transport and replacements obtained; ensure vehicles are
sent for maintenance when due.

Supervise the cleaning of offices to ensure their readiness for occupation by staff for
each day’s work.
