REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

2003 - Present - Self-Employed, Independent Landman, Jacksonville, TX. For

several clients in several counties, ran surface and subsurface titles

for the purpose of lease acquisition, right of way acquisition,

purchase of royalty and satisfaction of legal requirements for drill

sites. Individually and as part of a crew worked, searched the public

record and supplied supporting documentation for the purchase of Oil,

Gas, and Mineral Leases and Right of Way Agreements, contacted

prospective mineral owners for the purchase of Oil, Gas and Mineral

Leases, assisted in route selection for pipeline between gas wells and

transmission line in Barnett Shale area and supplied clients with

supporting documentation and compiled databases and spreadsheets for

prospects and easement areas.

I am proficient in Word, Access, Excel and Deed Plotter, as well as

most e-mail programs. I furnish my own laptop computer for courthouse

and office work. I travel in my personal RV which I use as lodging

and office.

relating to landowners and in countering the many misconceptions and

misinformation I would face in drill site and right of way acquisition.
