Determined that the Pratt & Whitney intranet was poorly maintained and
lacking relevant and timely news.
Result: Bolstered by a network of contacts, was able to speed up flow
of significant news and make it available to employees. More than

10-month period.
Oversaw the effective introduction, use and maintenance of an intranet
between Otis Elevator's world headquarters, North American headquarters,
engineering headquarters and IT leaders, through the formation of the Otis
intranet council.

Assisted in the redesign of an intranet system at The Hartford that had not

Worked with an outside supplier and negotiated the production process for a
