Negotiation and selection of different sub contracting companies.

Quality checks of subcontractors and reports these to the Senior Manager.

Coordinate with Procurement Manager for new contractors PO.

Management of complete materials delivery according to plan and schedule

Coordination for sites installation, commissioning, Integration and AT

Coordination between all sectors of Rollout (Acquisition, Procurement, Logistic, CW, and TI).

Manage day to day issues through regular interaction with teams.

Escalate problematic and knotty issues to concerned stakeholders

Managed the implementation plans (Master, Monthly, and Weekly), managed daily report templates, Master report templates

Maintain Master Issue Log and Follow up on Outstanding Issues. Manage

total Project Documentation per sites as per client requirements.
