companies recently, as NAZCARE and Verde Valley Guidance Clinic, both in

Cottonwood, AZ. and Behavior Health companies. Helping and teaching people

living and social skills and behavior health issues with family and support

services. Helping to teach how to accept self and teaching appropriate

social, living, communication, and relationship building skills. While

healing from their mental illnesses and addictions, such as substance

abuse, eating, and many other disorders.

2010 to 6-2011

Duties: HR generalist for four (4) different companies within one for 75

plus employees, top notch customer service, interviewed and recruited,

handled UNION/certified weekly payroll, maintained personnel files and

weekly payroll and records on Structure. Handled all open enrollment for

benefits, health, dental, life, 401k, LTD & STD, FMLA, LOA benefits,

benefit administrator. Handling all Workers Compensation issues from

initial reports to final close of claim. Managed multiple reports on Excel,

and maintained a multiple task office.

12-2008 to 11-2010 Went back to school while unemployed. Please see above

Acoustical Material Services/Allied Building Products, Las Vegas, NV 6-2003-

11-2008 Construction material supply warehouse. Duties: HR Generalist,

Customer Service, interviewed and recruited, drug screen, background

checks, maintained personnel files and weekly payroll records on Ceridian,

a biweekly ADP/Kronos payroll system, all workers comp issues and reports

from initial incident to final closer of claim, balanced all department

accounting. Handled all open enrollment for benefits, health, dental, life,

401k, pay flex, LTD & STD, FMLA, LOA benefits, benefit administrator,

tracked employees OSHA compliance and initiated a safety program at this

branch level, along with training all staff in policies& procedures.

Handling all Workers Compensation issues from initial reports to final

the (Matrix) pricing system level for this branch alone, on some 4000 plus

items due to, Las Vegas is a separate pricing structure market, if compared

Human Resource/Administrative Assistant to VP, Padilla Construction Las

Vegas, NV 1995-2003 Top Stucco/plastering Company in NV & CA Duties: Made

job arrangements for estimator, superintendents, and vendors. Handled

UNION/certified weekly payroll for 140 employees for our LV Operations &

Reno office, maintain human resource department, personnel and payroll

records, ADP payroll and handled multiple task office. Manage purchase

order systems, expense accounts, and all accounts receivable/payable,

orders, invoicing, extra work orders, inventory and material transfers,

safety records, any correspondence. Took care of the maintenance records of
