Alcoa is the world's leading producer of primary aluminum and fabricated

aluminum, as well as the world's largest miner of bauxite and refiner of

alumina. I currently report to the Rigid Packaging Division HR Manager

but have been in roles that support all 3 business units at this

location.

. Single Point of Accountability for People and driving Engagement in Ingot

Plant
