1. As Director of Technical Imaging Systems, focused on three primary areas: process improvement, overall system architecture (corporate) and providing client-specific applications. Process improvement has required the revise engineering of high-end scanner applications to improve device output. Within the system architecture, implemented an enterprise storage solution which allows for terabytes of image file storage and access throughout the organization. Designed, coded-tested and deployed custom applications that allow clients to integrate the technology of newly purchased digital scanners seamlessly within their current corporate architecture, minimizing training for operations.
1. As Director of Imaging Operations, managed a staff of 80+ and oversaw all engineering and project management efforts, including on-site scanning operations, in-house scanning and film processing/duplicating. Supported sales and marketing efforts in areas of pricing, demonstrations and proposal writing. Service bureau produced $5 million in revenue and demonstrated profitability.

1. Technical lead on the analysis, design, development, installation, integration and testing of all technical programs for DDDC&C’s digital conversion and capture technologies. Provided customers with no-cost entry into the digital document arena with a company-developed product (FreeView II) that enabled users to catalog, query and print digitally stored documents from a network architecture, stand-alone station or CD.
2. Subcontractor to Signal Corporation (now General Dynamics Network Systems) that successfully designed, developed and implemented a program for the US Treasury to reverse engineer an undocumented optical data archival system to extract, reconstruct and archive to microfiche more than 3.1 billion financial transactions and associated supporting data.

Designed and developed the first Windows and Web-based prototype interfaces (for proof of concept) for medical systems running MUMPS.
