I am sending this email to make you aware of the outstanding job Laura Krizmanich is doing in our office. She willingly

steps up to any challenge that comes her way and treats her patients with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Her can

do attitude is very refreshing to see in today's business world. I was out on vacation several days in March and she was a

valuable resource to Genia Ferrell who is my back up in the lab. She is in the lab every day and she pays close attention to

what goes on around her. This allowed her to give Genia answers when questions arose about specimens needed for testing,

the ins and outs of our electronic interface with Solstas, what procedures I follow to get results from Solstas if they don't

cross the interface, etc. While it is certainly not her responsibility to assist in this way, it was definitely appreciated. Many

would have just taken the "That's not my job." attitude and the fact that she doesn't speaks to her character and work

ethic. She actively seeks ways to make improvements in processes and recently worked to resolve an issue with the

tourniquets she was using to draw blood from our patients. She listened to the patients complaints about how uncomfortable

they were compared to the previous tourniquets and worked with supply to resolve the issue. Please forward this information
