Directed the organization responsible for providing all Application and
Infrastructure Services in support of Healthcare IT at three datacenter
sites, five developer international and local locations and five customer
sites. The business provided design, development, implementation and
business process outsourcing solutions to state governments for their
Medicaid Management Information Systems, a core tool used to support the
administration of state Medicaid and other healthcare entitlement programs.
Responsible for all support, architecture, engineering, site management
and production control of all IT services. Directed a team of five
managers whose staff delivered services which spanned the entire Health PAS
lifecycle. Responsible for Business Development and RFP-response
preparation, architectural Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI),

over 350 Developers and staff, as well as approximately 400 HIM employees
