• Generalize literature studies in MEMs reliability to accomplish a graduate-level paper

• Understand life distribution and properties of electronics reliability

• Model system reliability when MEMS are connected in series, parallel, or complex

configuration

• Assign proper data censoring when dealing with Accelerated Life Testing

• Design and use control chart for statistical quality control on the collected data

Butterfly Valve Design

• Revise old valve design for any missing dimensions and/or restrains

• Re-design possible solutions to fulfill required functions but with least components to

minimize assembly

• Heat and mechanics distribution modeling through FEM simulation in Solidworks.

• Life and reliability testing, model identification for the possible distribution

Airport Boarding Simulation

• Model the whole check-in process using computer language including possible variability

• Design related experiments and test the simulated results

• Data analysis comparing simulation and queue theory results

• Make decision and suggestion in further improvement for the process
