listings for registration, certification and appointment
scheduling in the Women Infants and Children program (WIC).
Responsibilities included maintaining and updates to
databases systems with client information for statistical
purposes. Perform client analysis for state and federal
agency to produce reports, complete grants and funding
requirements. Prepare reports, grants, and proposals using
state of Arkansas guidelines and procedures. Travel
statewide to inventory onsite food instruments, to mystery
shop vendors and ensure proper food items are being allow
for purchase and billing is occurring using the create
procedures.
Other duties consist of backup and support for SAP payroll
systems. Procedure documentation is maintained and updated.
