Kalyani Heyes Lemmerz Ltd. Is a joint venture between Hayes Lemmerz

group. The company manufactures wheel rims for utility & commercial

vehicles. It supplies wheels to Daimler benz,

General Motors, Volvo, Eicher, Tata Motors etc. It has heavy press

line of capacity range from 80 Ton to 1000 Ton in both mechanical &

hydraulic type. Company has heavy set up of SPMs like butt welding,

profile rolling, flow forming, MIG welding ROBOT & submerged arc

Hess industries niles USA manufactures the machines for wheel rim

industries. Machines such DC/AC but welder, Roll formers, Presses and SPM.

Special PC based welding controller for DC but welder, where data

acquisition and process analysis can be done through it. They also

manufacture the shaft straightening machine and can in cell manufacturing

machine.

> Exposure for manufacturing and testing the CNC Roll forming machine

using Siemens 840D controller and Hydraulic Linear axis.

> Interfacing of Fanuc robot with Siemens 840D over Profibus

communication. Programming of fanuc robot for material handling.

Diesel engines. It manufactures the injectors for common rail diesel
