contracts.

• Oversee and prepare the annual budget for the Land Management Program.
• Coordinate emergency response for inclement weather and other environmental
issues.
• Develop and review departmental operating procedures.
• A member of the Environmental Management System for the Neuse River Waste
Water Treatment Plant. This team reviews processes to insure effectiveness and
efficiency, as well as monitors regulatory compliance. For any non-conformance a
root cause analysis is done, which would lead into a Corrective Action Plan.
• Project Management of small capital improvement projects, to include solid set
i r r igation at Neuse River Waste Water Treatment Plant, a new grain handling
facilities for the Land Management Program land operation, a 1.3Kw Solar Ar ray,
and a portion of the Mountains to the Sea Trail; a collaboration with the City of
Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department.
• Operator in Responsible Charge for the City of Raleigh Land Application 1730
Permit, including review of analytical data from onsite and offsite laboratories,
p reparation of monthly reports that are included in an annual report that is
submitted to the State of North Carolina for review, use SCADA software to monitor
p lant process to help with quality control and regulatory compliance. I am
responsible for regulatory compliance for any land application or reclaimed water
i r r igation event for the City of Raleigh. Can be personally held accountable by the
S tate of North Carolina, to include civil penalties, or incarceration.
