JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring Man, Material, and Methods & Machines to meet production targets.

Co-ordination with PPC & Dispatch.

Properly Recording & Analysis the Production and Rejection Data per Shift and

taking corrective and preventive actions.

Preparation and upgrading of documentation of running products (Work instruction,

Defect check sheets, and Process parameter Check sheets.)

Continuous Working towards Quality & Productivity Improvement through Kaizen

Activities,5’s Implementation, Trainings, Safety.

Maintaining the 5s in the production areas.

Weekly production plan is prepared covering the quantities mentioned in the monthly

production plan.

Daily maintain log book.

Shift handling (worked in day and night shift).

Maintain the quality of product in running process.

Rejection analysis & reduction of line rejection.

Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.

Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.

Arranging, repairing and maintaining tools.

Utilization of manpower accurately.

Implementation of safety audits, 5'S.

Fool proof System (POKA YOKE), 7-QC tools.

Knowledge of developing the automotive components on Butt Welding, Mig

Welding, Spot Welding, Bending, Slitting, Trimming, Normalizing, Cold sizing,

CNC Turning, Hobbling, Chamfering, Induction Hardening & Tempering, Punch

& Drill Balancer, Press Machine & many more

Responsible for suggestion and Kaizen activities.

Removing useless work.

TRAINING

Training at 66kv grid during diploma for 45 days

Six weeks training at TATA Motors Patiala

Six months training at Federal Mogul, Patiala.

Six weeks training at central Tool Ludhiana.
