• January 2000 to Present: Administrative assistant at local company. Duties include

accounts receivable, accounts payable, order entry, billing, credit checks, factory

quality assurance monitor, returns administrator, t raffic coordinator, basis HR

d uties, and answering telephone. I basically do all the office manager’s duties as she

currently works from home. I supervise two other individuals in the office.

• September 1989 to January 2000: Part-t ime position as secretary to Wright Farm

M anagement. Duties included reconciling bank accounts, quarterly farm income

and expense reports, light filing and correspondence.

• April 1977 to June 1987: Position as executive secretary to the president and CEO,

O ttawa Silica Company. Duties consisted of opening, routing and answering

correspondence, maintaining supervisor’s calendar, scheduling corporate aircraft,

maintaining files, taking dictation and t ranscribing same, scheduling and arranging

board of directors meetings, routine office duties.
