Responsibilities involved growing market share of digital equipment such as intra-oral x-rays,
panoramic scanners and digital sensors by working through Patterson Dental, Henry Schein and Benco
distributorships. Activities involved meeting with distributor reps, dentists and staff, to review product
benefits as well as train on product use.
Achievements while at Progeny include:
• Awarded “Rookie of the Year” out of 5 candidates.
• Grew territory 37% over 2011, from $916,000 in 2011 to $1,252,000 in 2012.
• Grew Henry Schein account 130%, from $226,000 in 2011 to $523,000 in 2012.
Clinical Specialist - Vident (April 2008 – December 2011)
Responsibilities involved selling, educating, informing, and training doctors on the value and use of Vita
materials with the CEREC CAD/CAM system and Vita shade determination system. This was
accomplished by educating and training 150 Patterson Dental Territory Representatives, 17 Patterson
CEREC Specialists in 13 Patterson Branches throughout the northeast, to assess a doctor’s selling
points, and then, by calling directly upon doctors and their office staff, speaking at study clubs, and
organizing and carrying out educational courses.
Achievements while at Vident include:
• Growing my territory 49% in 2010 over 2009.
• Exceeding equipment sales goal by 519% in 2010.
• Exceeding equipment sales goal by 714% in 2009.
• Converting the largest Ivoclar materials user in the United States to Vita materials.
• Developing a powerpoint presentation that is used when speaking at Patterson Branches to convey
Vita message. This PowerPoint presentation was adopted by Vident corporate and distributed to all
Vident sales reps nationally and all Vident key opinion leader advocates.
CEREC Specialist - Patterson Dental Company (July 2007 – April
2008)
Responsibilities involved selling capital equipment, educating, informing, and training Patterson Dental
Territory Representatives and doctors on the value and use of the CEREC CAD/CAM system. This was
accomplished by acquiring in-depth clinical knowledge of dental office dynamics through participation
in a 5 week training program sponsored by Patterson Dental. Then applying that knowledge through
collaborating together with Patterson Territory Representatives to assess a doctor’s CEREC selling
points, and then, calling directly upon doctors and their office staff. Sales activities I was responsible for

• Generating nearly $600,000 of revenue in four months of selling
• Demonstrations of the CEREC CAD/CAM system
• Arranging demonstrations between a CEREC doctor and prospective CEREC doctor

• Work trade shows and create incentive programs to view demonstrations at trade shows
• Developed and launched a system to sell CEREC that involved identifying common doctor profiles
