Currently I am the Director of Plant Operations at Life Line

Hospital in Wintersville, OH. My responsibilities are many and

include overseeing and supervising daily activities of the

maintenance, biomed, security and IT departments; overseeing

compliance to insure Life Safety of the staff and building;

maintaining compliance and supervising during construction and

renovation projects; detecting potential safety/security problems

with resolutions; maintain supplies and material for daily

operations; conducting new hire and annual safety in-services to

all personnel; maintaining a department budget; writing grants;

developing and maintaining policies and procedures to maintain

compliance with governing agencies; conducting job safety analysis'

(JSA); developing and maintaining policies and procedures for fire,

disaster, threat preparedness, safety, security and waste

management. I also work closely with Risk Management, Quality

Improvement, and Infection Control/Employee Health.

I have many years of experience dealing with federal (OSHA) and

state agencies and on safety, security, disaster, and threat

preparedness. On several occasions, I was directly involved in a

successful achievement of accreditation for Joint Commission,

Medical Service and Hancock County Radiological Drills. In

addition, I very much enjoy working as part of a close-knit team,

especially when dealing with governing agencies and in the

community.
