I am a dedicated, hardworking, and educated individual who wants the opportunity to start in a new field and

gain more knowledge and experience within and organization. I may not have significant experience to date

but I am very passionate about the Human Services field and I believe can grow to be a valuable asset.

Work Experience

Sales Associate (Jun 2011 Present)

Best Buy, Clovis, CA

I am responsible for obtaining daily sales goals for my department. I am responsible for timely and

effectively ordering merchandise for the customer and handling any issues. I am also responsible for

maintaining the cleanliness, stocking, and general upkeep of the department. I also do signage and use

Microsoft office, and excel.

Office Assistant (Sept 2007 D

Madera County Auditor, Madera, CA

Audited claims and input into batches for the count of Madera. Inspected water bills and audited to make sure there ar

mathematical errors. Distribution of county employee paychecks. Answering phone calls and directing callers to prope

to assist them. Filing paperwork.

Student Volunteer

Proteus Foster Family Agency, Fresno, CA

I sat in during supervised visits. I was assigned a case and did weekly narratives, as well as visited

The families. I also read cases and made suggestions on anything I thought needed improvements.

Student Volunteer (Jan 2011 Mar 2011)

Optimal Hospice, Fresno, CA

I also volunteered at Optimal for school. I would visit individuals on hospice care and identify any concerns

from family or the individual themselves. I would discuss their case with nurses or doctors and see if there

was more that could be done. I also attended weekly grief counseling meetings. I attended staff meetings as

well.
