successful design build construction for the Midwest region. Prepared in-
depth design and construction proposals and conducted in depth sales
presentations to potential clients. 95% Negotiated contracts. Transformed
client needs into innovative, successfully designed and constructed
projects. Designed and/or built over $45,000,000.00 worth of construction
cost value.
Director of Business Development, Keiser Design Build, 1982-1988. Directed
and implemented aggressive sales and marketing plans for increased
negotiated Design/Build contracts. Established company wide accounting and
project cost management. Instrumental in the planning and construction
management of the first regionally based hazardous waste treatment and
resource recovery facility located in the Twin Cities.
