Accomplishments Include:
• Consistently recognized for outstanding sales performance.
• Recognized for moving the Southern California District from last place in 2008 to the Top District in the
Company in 2009 with a 7.9% comp sales increase, followed by a 10.2% increase in 2010. The highest

• Relocated to Northern California in March 2011 to lead the turnaround of the underperforming district.
Successfully finished 2011 with a 10.3% comp store increase, 3rd best in the Company, and, the first Top 5
finish for Northern California since 2005. Third highest volume Boutique in the company at Valley Fair,
$2.1 million, and, 3 Boutiques at $1 million plus: San Francisco Center, Stonestown Galleria, Stoneridge
Center.
• Selected as Interim DM for the bottom performing Dallas, TX District from Q4 2011 to Q1 2012 and
successfully led the market to the #1 performing District in both December 2011 and January 2012.
• Successfully trained, developed, and promoted 2 Store Managers to Training Store Managers for the
West/Midwest Region, and, 1 Store Manager who is now covering the Long
Island/Connecticut District for Godiva.
• Successfully led the turnaround of the Dallas, TX Market in Q4 2011 that was trending negative for comp
sales and led the district to achieve double digit comp sales increase in 10 weeks.
• Received the Inspirational Award in 2011 for successfully turning around both the Northern California
and Dallas Districts.

District Manager responsible for the supervision of 14 Retail and Outlet stores in California, Oregon,
Washington, and Hawaii generating $10.7 million annual sales volume. Responsibilities include sales,
customer service, operations and merchandise presentation as well as recruiting, training and developing of
store personnel. Also responsible for administering employee performance reviews, communicating
performance standards and executing corporate initiatives.
Major accomplishment: 2.1% comp store increase in 2008, a challenging retail year for the Company,
which had a decline of 4% overall. One of only two Districts in the Company (out of 11) to achieve a sales
gain over 2007.
