Performed data implementation services of elevator and escalator maintenance for residential, commercial, and municipal buildings. Provided heavy customer service calls in addition to forwarding specialty requests to proper departments ensuring customers maintenance. Fully assigned for the updating of the company’s website.
ESI Elevator Maintenance Service – Inwood, NY June 2006 – August 2010
Technician – Trained to perform elevator maintenance: elevator motors, mapping of blueprints via computer animated drawings (CAD), cutting of metal tape via manually and machine in addition to challenging the differentiating between coated and selected tape. Responsible for the central processing unit (CPU) of elevators duty such as wiring, building the terminal, inserting circuit boards and placing the CPU as instructed. Proficient use of AutoCAD software (blueprints of elevator floors/ alternative fire floors). Identify and edited hatched terminals adding or deleting numbers. Assisted with website maintenance and used proficient web designs to train employees. Duties included delivery assistance throughout the tri-state area; deliver and pick-up of CPU from various sites.
Monroe College – New Rochelle, NY October 2007 – March 2008
IT Intern - Coded website for the New Rochelle council committee in cascade format (html/C++ language). Built website’s skeleton via text pad application. Website served as an information page for visitors; educating each about the different organizations within New Rochelle. Presented weekly presentations, provided committee with updates of the project. Accepted committee feedback, concerns and suggestions if any. Took those factors in consideration by presenting revisions of the project the following week. Results of this project were successful ---committee purchased the website.
