Knowledge of coordinate geometry, basic geography and parcel mapping. basic GIS concepts, Google earth and

ArcGIS..

Knowledgeable in personal computers, fax machine, telephone, calculator and copier; including the ability to operate

peripheral GIS related equipment, P-6 Primavera for Project Managers, Power Term, Estimator, MicrostationV8,
