Coordinate with engineering and avionic group for overwater Satcom communication and added navigation requirements.

Southwest Aero Tech Center, Roswell, New Mexico, Sales and Service executive for the foreign owned repair station. Closed by owners family backers during their countries financial crisis at that time.
*Air Base Services, Arlington, TX., rescued multi-interior seat, galley and lavatory repair station certificate authority from cancellation due to violations of unauthorized relocation of facilities. Plus, Major complaint of customer (Delta Airline) and customers assigned FAA Principal for issuing overhauled parts with less than airworthy release due to incomplete maintenance.
*Gained the confidence of assigned FAA Flight Standards Office that issues could be reversed and company made whole again. Relieved C. Inspector. Retrained shop Inspectors and rewrote local inspection procedures.
*WinAir Airlines, Salt Lake City, Utah, Failing airline, experiencing losses from internal mis-management with some indication of misappropriations. I turned on-site Quality office into responsible organization. Company could not maintain losses of revenue cash flow for aircraft leased but not accepted by FAA for import to USA by acts of former employees. No legal actions taken against obvious misappropriations discovery of questionable invoices.
*Legend Airlines, Dallas, TX.., Express One Airlines, Dallas, TX. Chaotic executive management practices. Both carriers well known for individual executive excesses. Especially in the tech services. Cost of Legend interior pre lease modifications warnings ignored until it was too late.
