• Reads work order and determines type, quantity and location of material to be

p ulled.

• Fastens (pushes, slides, pulls) chain, sling and other grappling equipment or

a ttachments to material being lifted or to lifting mechanism.

• Signals other employees, vocally or with hand signals, to guide operator in lifting

and moving loads when view from crane or forklift is obstructed.

• Pushes or pulls load (up to 50 lbs.) as i t is lowered, until it is deposited in desired

p lace.

• Secures load to t rucks or railcars. Frequent climbing on and off of f latbed t railers

w hile load is being placed and secured.

• Operates barcoding gun to scan tags affixed to material being loaded.

• Uses steel tools to split apart bundles. Bends, stoops, lifts, places or removes wooden

dowels (weighting approximately 10lbs) between layers of material.

• Double-checks material pulled with work order.

• Lubricates moving parts of cranes with grease gun or oil can.

• Cleans work area, machines, tools and equipment.

• Knows and follows company policies and procedures as they pertain to the job duties

of a test report clerk or warehouseman.

• I used my personal vehicle to go to the job site and used it as my personal office.

• Once to the work site, I get all my drivers ready for the day. I wri te the names and

t ruck numbers onto my spreadsheet.

• I count the loads as they are being placed into the double bottom dumps.

• I then clock in the t imes that the t ruck leaves the job site.

• Keeps t rack of the round t imes.

• Took samples of soil to Soil Technician for analysis

• If a t ruck has an accident, I have to go to the site to get in touch of police, make sure

no one is hurt, send diver for drug testing.

• Took care of contractor, paper work and other business

of a test report clerk or warehouseman.
