HR Assistant/ Payroll Assistant, January 2012 to April 2013

Function as a HR assistant and assist with DMV Pull Notice; garnishments;

EDD; outside agencies to include State and Federal inquiries for,

California, and Arizona, employee verification. Benefits (medical, dental,

life, LTD); benefit invoice reconciliation. New hire orientation; checklist

of Company issued equipment, keys, credit cards, and termination

procedures. Maintain and update employee files. Filing of employee data

into personnel folder (s) - on a weekly basis. Working knowledge of Company

Policies and Procedures. Maintain companies issued cell phones also
