questions representatives may have on products, orders, scheduling. August 2006 supervisor of a team of 32
representatives, completed monthly stat report as, prepared monthly one on one reviews, obtained 2

them according to the Quality Call Expectations, give the representative a one on one feedback session
discussing the call and the reason for the rating. January 2008 worked as a
CS Team Assistant which is very similar to the OE Team Assistant except in the CS department
with a more detailed view of day to day operations of QVC.
