Currently, I am responsible for maintaining GDLS/FPI standards by performing stringent quality checks and inspecting the entire work flow related to the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected fleet of vehicles.

• I conduct risk-based surveillance of all manufacturing and integration processes based on internal Quality Standards.

DUTIES:

• I performed as Executive Officer/ Operations Supervisor, responsible for the daily operations of the U.S Coast Guard Military Out Load operation in the port of Charleston

• I supervised 120 personnel, utilizing knowledge of HR practices, as well as UCMJ, EEO and OSHA policies and practices.

• I performed as Maintenance Chief/Operations Supervisor, responsible for the direct supervision of a 20 member maintenance division and oversight for 12 Homeland Security Response Boats and maintenance of $150,000 annual budget.

• I implemented the Radiation Detection program for the Military Out Load and conducted onsite training as well as maintained equipment readiness.

• I served as liaison between Military Out Load and Naval Weapons Station, Charleston, to ensure the fulfillment of government quotas for MRAP delivery to theater.

• I oversaw the delivery of 8000 MRAP vehicles to the Military Sea Lift Command for the Port of Charleston.
