Served as a National Labor Relations Manager reporting to the Field
Operations Labor/Human Resources Manager. Responsible for all labor
activities for sixty eight IUEC locals across the entire country.
Responsible for all Human Resources for Great Lakes and Northeast Regions
reporting into Vice Presidents of Region. Responsible for Human Resources
for Plant. Assisted General Manager with closure of plant.

both locals reduced to 6 per year.
