grievance resolution, and direction of staff in these
areas.
Developed a retention program that was later used as
the company-wide template
Implemented changes decreasing facility turnover by
more then 50% in two years, for a retention of over
850 employees.
Promoted at company's request to assistance in a

safety score in the division.
Initiated a joint task force of company and county
professionals for HAZMAT response.
Plant closed, and I was offered a promotion in a
