Given responsibility of training new hires as well as taking on the role of
float-driver (must be able to do all routes in case of driver absence,
vacation, etc.) Was elevated to Aircraft Loadmaster. This entailed
becoming TSA certified in weight and balance procedures and planning,
measuring, and being responsible for proper aircraft load requirements.
This was an ideal training situation for me to learn to assess and
troubleshoot customer issues face to face and at their location.

dividing up routes, and securing cargo. This was my first opportunity to
